Start Date: July 16

Time/Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am and 7:00am. Participants should arrive about 5 mins prior to start.

Location: Revolution Mill (The boot camp takes place in the large parking lot facing Yanceyville St. Enter the parking lot at Textile and Yanceyville. The boot camp takes place on the far left side of the parking lot.

Equipment: participants are to bring an exercise or yoga mat and a light to medium pair of dummbells.
