WHO IS THE RUNEGADES PROGRAM FOR?

  • wants have fun getting & staying fit!

WHAT DOES THE RUNEGADES PROGRAM INCLUDE?

  • Year-Round Running and Fitness!
  • A Group Speed workout-fartleks, inervals, hill repeates, tempo runs, etc. (Mondays @ 6:00PM, Wednesdays @7:30am)
  • A Weekly Full-Body Group Circuit Workout (Thursdays @ 6:00PM).
  • Guest Speakers on Running/Fitness Related Topics
  • Participation in various local races of various distances (Race registration fees not included)
  • RUNegades T-Shirt (with initial membership)
  • Ongoing support and consult with their coach, RunnerDude

MEMBERSHIP OPITIONS

Drop-Ins Welcome: $10 per workout

2-Day-Week-Membership: includes one speed workout (either Monday or Wednesday) and the Thursday Full-Body Group Circuit Workout. Or, if you’d prefer to do two speed workouts (Monday and Wednesday), that’s cool too.

1-Day-Week-Membership: Includes one day (either Monday Speed Workout,  Wednesday Speed Workout, or Thursday Full-Bod Group Circuit Workout.

WHEN DOES THE RUNEGADES GROUP BEGIN?

  • You can join The RUNegades program at any time during the year.
  • Your 6-month or 12-month commitment begins the day you register.

WHERE DOES THE RUNEGADES GROUP MEET?

  • Monday’s Group Speed Workout @ 6:00pm—Location varies week to week
  • Wednesday’s Group Speed Workout @ 7:30am—Location varies week to week (Will change to 12:00pm in the fall)
  • Thursday’s Full-Body Circuit Workout @ 6:00pm—Lawndale Baptist Church Parking lot (3505 Lawndale Dr. in very back of parking lot)

HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register/pay for the RUNegade program, click the Sign-Up of your choice. After payment is received, you will be contacted via email with more details regarding your program and when you’ll start your first session.

Drop-In: $10 per session.

(Pay in advance by clicking below or pay cash on site.) Note: If dropping in on a Monday or Wednesday speed workout, click on the button above to see the location of the workout. (If not sure of the location, email Thad at runnerdudesfitness@gmail.com)

  • 6-Month (2-Days-A-Week) Membership:  $350
  • 6-Month (1-Day-A-Week ) Membership:  $175
